How are we in the Valle de Cauca?

Almost everybody knows we still facing an educational problem in our department mainly due to low levels of covertures from the government and low asses to free and qualified education; it might indicate that we have a big percentage of illiterate people in the streets doing informal jobs and other activities but it is just the beginning of the impact . So I can conclude that we are just suffering the consequences of a announced death ,no education or low levels of it equal n deeper socials problems . what do you guys think?, How are we in Valle de Cauca?

  1. one question: what do you mean by "asses"?
And yes, it is an announced death, it always has been, and the funny thing is that people ask for it to come more quickly and more violent.
Do you realize that the University's slogan has changed? it is no longer "la mejor para los mejores" but "una universidad regional con proyección internacional". They've accepted that Univalle is no longer the best, it is just another tradeable good that can be sold abroad.
"How are we in Valle de Cauca?": fkd up :(
